Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a short-term, goal-oriented type of therapy that targets problematic patterns of thinking and behaviors that may affect your physiological functioning, relationships, work or other areas. I have been trained in using specific CBT protocols for treatment of depression, anxiety, coping with chronic illness, weight management, pain and sleep.
